hey chaz, i'm alan. I saw your post about electrolytes and i want to buy some but which kind should I get. Red/Blue/Green?

I get the green label because my blood pressure is normal. I think the blue is for people with low blood pressure and the red is for people with high blood pressure...I think green is the one that everyone can take no matter their blood pressure or if they know they have normal blood pressure.
